High Point’s district public schools are run by Guilford County Schools, one countywide district that also serves Greensboro, Jamestown and the rest of Guilford County; its main number is 336-370-8100. Attendance zones do not follow city limits: every address is assigned to a neighborhood elementary, middle and high school, and some High Point addresses are zoned for Ragsdale High in Jamestown or Southern Guilford High, according to the district’s feeder list. Look up any address with the district’s 2026-27 School Assignment Locator. High Point’s small areas in Davidson, Forsyth and Randolph counties are served by those counties’ school districts.
