Four places baking or selling baked goods inside High Point, on Eastchester Drive, Westchester Drive, West Lexington Avenue and in the downtown food hall.

Last checked Oct. 12, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

High Point’s bakeries are small and spread out: a cookie counter downtown in the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall, a vegan bakery case inside a West Lexington Avenue coffee shop, a tavern kitchen on Westchester Drive that bakes layer cakes, and a doughnut chain on Eastchester Drive.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside High Point’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. We added places from the businesses’ own sites and the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall’s site, and kept them only where that page gave a High Point street address. We left off bakeries with no website of their own, or whose web address no longer belongs to the bakery, because we could not confirm them another way this time. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run a bakery in High Point? Write to us to be checked for the next update.
