Four places for ice cream, cookies and cake inside High Point, on Eastchester Drive, North Main Street, Westchester Drive and in the downtown food hall.

Last checked Oct. 12, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

High Point’s dessert stops are spread out: an ice cream shop on Eastchester Drive, a cookie counter in the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall downtown, and two restaurants on North Main Street and Westchester Drive that list desserts and house-made cakes on their menus.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside High Point’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. We added places from the chain’s own store page, the restaurants’ own sites and the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall’s site, and kept them only where that page gave a High Point street address. We left off dessert shops whose own websites we could not reach, no longer work or did not list a High Point store, and shops with no website that we could not confirm another way. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run a dessert shop in High Point? Write to us to be checked for the next update.
