Four Mexican and Tex-Mex places inside High Point at seven locations, on Tinsley Drive, North and South Main Street, Eastchester and downtown.

Last checked Oct. 12, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Mexican food in High Point is split between North Main Street and the Tinsley Drive and Brian Jordan Place shopping area off Eastchester Drive, near the Palladium, with chain stores on South Main Street and a taco counter downtown in the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside High Point’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. We added Taco Street from the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall’s site and extra chain locations from the chains’ own store pages, and kept them only where that page gave a High Point street address. We left off restaurants whose own websites we could not reach or that no longer list a High Point location. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
