10 breakfast spots and coffee shops inside High Point at 16 locations, on North Main Street, Eastchester Drive, English Road, Lexington Avenue and downtown.
Last checked Oct. 12, 2026. Refreshed every three months.
Breakfast and coffee in High Point line North Main Street, from the Parris Avenue IHOP up to the Biscuitville, Starbucks, Caribou and Joy Bar stores past Westchester Drive, and Eastchester Drive, with independent coffee shops near downtown on Lexington Avenue, at Congdon Yards and in the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside High Point’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. We added places and extra locations from the chains’ own store pages, the shops’ own sites and the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall’s site, and kept them only where that page gave a High Point street address. We left off places with no website of their own that we could not confirm another way, and Starbucks counters inside grocery stores, Target and the High Point University campus. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
