10 sushi, Japanese, Thai, Chinese and ramen restaurants inside High Point, around the Palladium, on North Main Street, Eastchester and downtown.
Last checked Oct. 12, 2026. Refreshed every three months.
High Point’s sushi and Asian restaurants cluster around the Palladium, on Samet Drive, Sedgebrook Street, Penny Road and N.C. 68, with more on North Main Street and North Centennial Street, one on Eastchester Drive and a sushi counter downtown in the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside High Point’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. We added Yumi Sushi from the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall’s site and kept it because that page gives a High Point street address. We left off restaurants whose own websites we could not reach, and bubble tea shops that do not serve meals. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
